I had one of these and now ordered a second one.It is so useful for plugging in USB devices in tight places. It adjusts to many angles.I have used my first one for several years and it still works great.Highly recommended.
I've used 6" cable extenders in the past, but this is the better solution in my opinion and would recommend it to anyone. This device gave me the option of keeping the device on my system but folded up to the side where it is no longer something that will get caught. I was pretty sure that one day I would get it caught on something and either damage the device itself, or the device and my USB port the way it stuck out. The way the wires are routed in the device it doesn't appear that they will fail any time soon because of being flexed, so that is another bonus. This is a simple device that works. I have a USB aircard that woudl normally stick straight out the side of my laptop. The articulation goes 2 ways, so not only is it out of the way, but it can be adjusted to keep the device next to the computer, or sticking straight up.
Overall I like it very much. I cannot find this unit anywhere locally only online store and great price too. It does not get on the way or get snag on the side of the laptop usb port. It looks good and get better signal too. It stick out flat and easy to get snag. I have Sprint AirCard that does not bend. I buy this FlexUSB connector and angle up 45 degree. It will be nice if it can be improve by make it lock more securely than wiggle bit.
the versatility of the product was exactly what i was looking for and it does it job well for my netbook. A little pricey, but will be buying another one.
We kept snapping off our USB wireless adapter that protruded out the side of the laptop. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone. This adapter was exactly what I was looking for. Once we bought the flexible USB cable adapter we no longer have the problem.The product is well made, sturdy, and performs exactly as advertised.
